Terms for requests, exchanges and transfers

This site is a personal project managed by Giancarlo, a private beer-coaster collector. It is intended to document the collection and facilitate exchanges of duplicates and, occasionally, agreed transfers of individual items to support the collection itself. It is not an online shop or a professional commercial activity.

Requests and availability

Adding an item to the selection and submitting an order creates a request, not an automatic acceptance or a completed sale. Every request is subject to confirmation of availability, condition, delivery method, shipping cost and, where applicable, price.

Exchanges and prices

Items marked as available for exchange are assessed individually. Where an exchange is accepted, the stated price is a reference value and is not charged for the exchanged item. Items without a listed price are subject to private negotiation.

Delivery and payment

Shipping, hand delivery and any payment are agreed after the request has been checked. Shipping estimates may vary according to destination and actual weight. No payment is requested or processed automatically through this website.

Catalogue information

Photos and catalogue data are provided in good faith to identify collection items. Small differences in colour, condition or availability may occur; any relevant detail can be clarified before an agreement is confirmed.
